Early Sunday morning, a passenger bus collided with a trailer on the National Highway in Pakistan's southern Sindh province, killing at least 11 people and injuring 10 others, rescue officials said. The accident occurred in the district of Khairpur when the bus, traveling from the eastern province of Punjab to the southern port city of Karachi, crashed into a trailer carrying heavy concrete beams. Among the dead were nine passengers, the driver, and the assistant.
